Returns and Refunds Policy
All return or refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed and responded to within 5 business days of being received.
To be eligible, the issue must be attributable to the company (e.g., defective product, damage during shipping, or incorrect item received).
Requests must be submitted by email to dosbellas.2025@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the product. After this period, claims will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Dosbellas may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
Our products are handmade and 100% artisanal, meaning each piece is unique and may show slight variations in color, shape, or finish. These are natural characteristics of the crafting process and are not considered defects.
However, if your product arrives damaged, with a clear defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 3 business days of delivery so we can evaluate the case and provide a solution.

We do not accept returns for:
• Custom or made-to-order products.
• Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified whether the refund was approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
