Selected postcodes around Melbourne CBD, Footscray, and Pascoe Vale. Suggested:

• City + nearby: 3000, 3002, 3003, 3004, 3006, 3008, 3051, 3052, 3065, 3066, 3067, 3121, 3205, 3206, 3207
• West (Footscray): 3011, 3012, 3013, 3015, 3016, 3018, 3019

Is local delivery free?
Yes, free over A$60. If your cart is under A$60, local delivery is A$5.

I’m outside your local radius, how much is shipping?
We ship via Australia Post. It’s around A$10 (final rate shown at checkout based on destination and weight).

How long will it take?

• Local delivery: 2–5 business days.
• Australia‑wide: 2–8 business days depending on location.
  Processing: 1–2 business days.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get an order confirmation, then a shipping confirmation with tracking (where applicable). For local delivery, we’ll coordinate a delivery window by email/message.

What if I’m not home?
We can coordinate safe drop with your permission. Note: after a safe drop, responsibility for loss/damage may not be covered by the carrier.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Message us ASAP with your order number. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.

My address was incomplete/incorrect.
Let us know right away. If the order has shipped and needs resending, a reshipment fee may apply.

🕯️ Products (Candles) & care

How do I make my candle last longer?

• Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn.
• First burn: let the wax melt edge to edge (2–3 hrs) to avoid tunneling.
• Max 4 hrs per session.
• Place on a stable, heat‑safe surface away from drafts, kids and pets. Never leave unattended.
• Stop burning when ~1 cm of wax remains.

Is the scent very strong?
Scent throw depends on room size and ventilation. For larger spaces, we suggest lighting the candle at least 1 hour before.

🔁 Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details. Where a refund applies, original shipping costs may be non‑refundable.

My parcel arrived damaged.
Email us within 48 hours with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item so we can help with a replacement or resolution.

Do you offer gift wrap?
We can include a gift note and simple wrapping. Message us at checkout and we’ll do our best.
