Shipping Policy
At DosBellas, we want every order to arrive with the same care we put into making it. Here’s how, where, and when we ship explained clearly and kindly, friend to friend.
1) Delivery methods
A. Local Delivery (our friend‑zone 💛)
- Free on orders over A$60.
- If your order is under A$60: a flat A$5 local delivery fee applies.
- Estimated time: 2–5 business days.
- Coverage: within our local delivery radius (selected postcodes in Melbourne CBD, Footscray, and Pascoe Vale).
- Suggested coverage (you can adjust):Melbourne City + nearby: 3000, 3002, 3003, 3004, 3006, 3008, 3051, 3052, 3065, 3066, 3067, 3121, 3205, 3206, 3207 Footscray + West: 3011, 3012, 3013, 3015, 3016, 3018, 3019 Pascoe Vale + North: 3044, 3046, 3055, 3060, 3064
- Notes: we hand‑deliver locally. If you won’t be home, we can coordinate a safe place drop.
B. Australia‑wide Shipping (outside our local radius)
- Orders outside our local area ship via Australia Post (and/or trusted carriers).
- Estimated cost: around A$10 (final rate shown at checkout based on destination, size, and weight).
- Estimated time: 2–8 business days depending on location.
- Tracking: you’ll receive an email with tracking when your parcel leaves our studio.
Business days are Monday–Friday (Melbourne, VIC), excluding state and national public holidays.
2) Processing times
- Processing: we prepare orders within 1–2 business days. During busy seasons it may take a little longer—we’ll keep you posted.
- Same‑day cut‑off: orders placed before 12:00 (Melbourne time) are sometimes dispatched the same day where possible.
- Multiple items: if your order contains items with different availability times, we may ship in separate parcels (we’ll let you know by email).
3) Tracking & confirmations
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.
- When your parcel ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking (where applicable).
- For local delivery, we’ll reach out by email or message to coordinate the delivery window.
4) Addresses & missed deliveries
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete (street number, street name, suburb, postcode, and phone). Incomplete addresses can cause delays.
- If the carrier can’t deliver, they’ll usually make an additional attempt or redirect to a nearby collection point (per the carrier’s policy).
- If you choose authority to leave/safe drop, responsibility for loss or damage after delivery may not be covered by the carrier.
5) Lost or damaged parcels
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, email us with your order number so we can start a tracking investigation.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please email photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the item within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
6) Exchanges, returns & reshipments
- Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy. Where a refund applies, original shipping costs may be non‑refundable.
- If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, a reshipment fee may apply.
7) International orders (if/when available)
- If/when we open international shipping, duties and taxes may be collected by the destination country, and delivery times can vary due to customs inspections.
8) Packaging & sustainability
